07-11-2008 - Web Site Renewal Completed

Finally!! This has taken ages..... But its here better than ever, we have abandoned the old black and white design for a more colorful one, all the pages are done, there's a new guestbook, a media page with lots and lots of pictures, videos, music, you name it....

There will be some forgotten details that we have to manage after the launch of this new design, but we are aware of them and in time it will be tuned up.

By the way, we've included links to web sites that have related content of our band, like You Tube and MySpace, check them out too, since all of them were updated with some fresh and new designs! - Rock On!!

15-10-2008 - Demo "A Final Blessing" Released!!!

Yup!! That's it! Our first demo is there!!  As you may notice the working name "Starcross Lovers" was left behind and changed for a more suitable title.

This is like the end of an era, to reach here we have past through several things, both good and bad, as it happens with anything made from scratch - We met quite some people while we were auditioning, we left behind some band mates who did not make it all the way, we found a studio for the rehearsals (and lost all of our free Sundays), there were lots of frustrations, but lots of joy too, and that you can not trade for anything in this world. Looking back, I do not regret anything that was necessary made to reach here.

Since there's no rest for the wicked, we're going to improve several other songs that did not make it to this first demo, and hope you all like our songs as much as we love to play them, now, get off and go hear them in the media page!!  -  Bye.

30-09-2008 - Demo ready for voice recording, Loss of vocalist

The instrumental parts for the demo are all done, and ready for voice recordings. Those will be done in Ace's own studio as were the guitars recorded there too. Celia will be recording as soon as her rehearsals and voice tuning are done for the best possible performance.

Unfortunately, vocalist Juanna as left the band, we parted in good ways and wish her the best for the future, may the wind always blow on your back.

12-09-2008 - Song "A Moment In Time" is on the loose!!

Hi there, some announcements and updates: the single "A Moment In Time" is released and will be available here for download very soon, check it out on MySpace, it's already playing there!!
The band, music and lyrics pages are all updated, including details for the upcoming demo "Starcross Lovers". I’ll be updating as time between daytime jobs and demo mixing, finishing and mastering become more available. Until then, see ya, stay loud!

26-08-2008 - Demo In Recording Process

We are all very excited so, It's with a lot of pleasure and joy that I announce the start of the recording of our first demo - "Starcross Lovers".
Drum tracks are ready, recorded in Estudioq (http://www.estudioq.com), with sound engineer Tiago Abreu, we will start the guitars and bass recordings right after drum tracks mix finish. Stay tuned, I'll be updating very soon!!

20-08-2008 - Bass Player Found

Luckily, we've found a Bass player quite quickly after the search announcement, Alex, the new bassist, is now a part of Love After, is style and dedication has surrendered us at first try.
We'll be preparing things to record our first demo, with some rehearsals on the way, I'll be posting any updates ASAP. Stay Heavy!!

12-08-2008 - Line Up Almost Completed

Since the beginning of this project I was searching for musicians to fill a line up perfectly tuned with the type of music, ready to record a demo and, eventually, live performances. With auditions to bass players, the last faulty place, I end up the "core" of Love After´s musicians.
